Revêtement protecteur pour le béton. À quelle fréquence faut-il appliquer le scellant ? Le « test de la goutte d’eau » est l’étalon-or pour déterminer si le béton est prêt à être scellé par pénétration. PREMIÈRE ÉTAPE : Mouiller le béton à fond. Déterminez si le béton a besoin d’un scellant pénétrant en y appliquant une minuscule goutte d’eau.

Tenez bon jusqu’à la deuxième étape. Testez le béton pour voir s’il absorbe l’eau ou s’il perle. À ce stade, le béton est manifestement prêt pour la pénétration. Lorsque le béton atteint la taille d’une pièce de 5 cents, il est prêt à être utilisé.

L’eau sur votre béton doit s’agglutiner comme ceci et rester ainsi pendant cinq minutes. Ensuite, vous pouvez appliquer un mastic pénétrant.

Les oscillations naturelles peuvent affecter le caractère de la surface, quelle que soit la finition. Les petites imperfections de surface, telles que les nœuds ou les veines du bois, ainsi que les rayures de surface, les variations de couleur ou les fissures de retrait, ne constituent pas des défauts mais renforcent plutôt la beauté distinctive du matériau. Deux options de traitement de surface sont disponibles pour nos produits en béton uniques : l’hydrophobisation et l’imprégnation, et le revêtement BETOFF-P.

Nous sommes satisfaits des résultats de nos différents tests sur le revêtement BETOFF-P. Comme il est mat et conserve l’aspect du béton, l’eau s’écoule assez facilement.

Même les graffitis ne pourront pas endommager nos revêtements en béton.

Il existe deux méthodes pour préserver le sol en béton.

Imprégnation et imperméabilisation
Les parties en béton ont été hydrophobées, polies et lissées. Ensuite, elles sont imprégnées ou cirées pour les rendre invisibles (surface légèrement huileuse).
Son fonctionnement : L’imprégnation, qui consiste à faire pénétrer la cire ou un autre matériau dans le béton, augmente sa résistance à l’usure mécanique, telle que l’abrasion. En revanche, ce traitement ne protège que contre les salissures et non contre les acides. Les bordures noires autour des céramiques sont une caractéristique des cuisines en béton imprégné.

Il est donc impératif d’éviter tout contact avec des substances colorées et acides, en particulier :

  • Les jus de fruits et de légumes, le ketchup, les huiles de moutarde, les produits chimiques et les produits de nettoyage puissants
  • Le spritz, le vino et le vinaigre.
  • Produits chimiques à l’odeur d’agrumes ou similaire
  • Utilisation du béton comme surface pour les bacs à savon et les distributeurs
  • Produits de soins capillaires et parfums naturels
  • Couche barrièreBETOFF-P

Le revêtement PU fabriqué par Innovachem recouvre la surface d’une fine pellicule qui la protège. Les surfaces mates et soyeuses mettent en valeur les qualités naturelles du béton.

Comment le revêtement est-il mis en œuvre ? Le revêtement est à la fois imperméable et très résistant aux nettoyants et liquides ménagers courants. Notre revêtement a résisté à la pénétration d’acides et de liquides pendant environ 12 heures lors d’essais en laboratoire et en conditions réelles. Le manque de résistance aux coupures est un inconvénient du revêtement BETOFF-P. Il faut à tout prix protéger le revêtement contre les dommages physiques et mécaniques. Protégez votre surface de travail des coupures en plaçant des supports de bacs sous celles-ci. En cas de dommages mécaniques, le revêtement peut commencer à s’écailler. Vous pouvez le réappliquer ou le renouveler.
